Lisa Earnhardt

Lisa Earnhardt, MBA joined Abbott, a global healthcare leader, in June 2019 as Executive Vice President, Medical Devices, a $12B business with 33,000 employees. Ms. Earnhardt’s portfolio includes advanced technologies that address some of the world’s most prevalent, costly, and difficult-to-manage chronic conditions, including cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic pain and movement disorders.

Ms. Earnhardt came to Abbott from Intersect ENT, where she had served as President and Chief Executive Officer for eleven years. She led the company from an early-stage venture-backed start-up to a public company. Prior to Intersect, Ms. Earnhardt was President of Boston Scientific’s Cardiac Surgery division. Earlier in her career, at both Boston Scientific and Guidant, Ms. Earnhardt had extensive experience leading global product launches and driving the adoption of new medical technologies. She began her career at APM/CSC Healthcare, where she provided management consulting services to healthcare provider organizations. Ms. Earnhardt has also served on several private and public company boards. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Advanced Medical Technology Association (AdvaMed).

Ms. Earnhardt earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, and her Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where she serves on the Advisory Board.
