Aldy Duffield

Aldy Duffield is a global leader at Apple responsible for managing the design and strategy for Apple’s Global Healthcare Programs. Ms. Duffield has been with Apple since 2013 and her primary focus is to bring a defined strategy that enables consistent thinking in how Apple supports healthcare for their employees and families globally. Ms. Duffield is passionate on driving innovation and inspiring Apple’s health partners to be disruptive and integrated in the marketplace, enabling enterprises to demand change in how healthcare is delivered. Prior to joining Apple, Ms. Duffield’s 25 years of HR and Benefits experience included senior global leadership roles at Dell, Electronic Arts, Cisco Systems and Oracle Corporation. Ms. Duffield lived abroad in the UK managing international benefits and has traveled to over 30 countries. Ms. Duffield is on the Board of Directors for Pacific Business Group on Health and American Benefits Council. Ms. Duffield is a member of the Washington, DC based National Business Group on Health (NBGH) and supports various institutes within NBGH including Global Business Group on Health. She has served in a leadership role in several global workgroup initiatives. Ms. Duffield was one of the founding members of the Silicon Valley Employer’s Forum (SVEF) in 1994 with now over 35 high-tech employers. Ms. Duffield is based in Austin, Texas.
