Adam Stavisky, MA, joined Walmart in 2018 and is the Senior Vice President of US Benefits. Mr. Stavisky is responsible for the strategy, design, and delivery of all benefits for the 1.6 million US associates across Walmart, Sam’s Club and the eCommerce businesses. Mr. Stavisky works closely with leadership to ensure programs meet the needs of Walmart’s evolving businesses and workforce.
Prior to joining Walmart, Mr. Stavisky spent more than 20 years building benefits consulting businesses at a number of leading national firms, including AonHewitt, Mercer and Fidelity Investments. In those roles, he sold and led strategic reviews at many of the Fortune 500. In building businesses, he championed a requiring and trusting culture that enabled team members to deliver their best.
Mr. Stavisky also serves on the Board of Directors of ERIC, the ERISA Industry Committee, Business Group on Health and is a member of the .406 Ventures Healthcare Executive Council.
Mr. Stavisky earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Northwestern University and his Master’s Degree in Mathematics from The University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
