Ginamarie Gianandrea

Ginamarie was a 2021 Zetema Project Fellow and is currently a 2022 MBA Candidate at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where she is pursuing a concentration in healthcare management. 

Ginamarie believes in the power of cross-industry collaboration to solve the complex problems facing the healthcare system, and is passionate about facilitating consensus among diverse stakeholders to advance value based care and payment reform. Prior to joining the Zetema Project as a Fellow and enrolling in graduate school, Ginamarie held project management and stakeholder engagement roles on the value based pay for performance team at the Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA), where she worked with payers and providers to implement data-driven payment reform strategies, including development of a multi-stakeholder initiative to standardize measurement and benchmarking of quality and affordability in commercial accountable care organizations (ACOs). She began her career at the Pacific Business Group on Health (PBGH), where she helped pilot innovative healthcare transformation projects. 

Ginamarie earned her BA in Women and Gender Studies at San Francisco State University.
